一 . Precautions when installing the solenoid valve
1. First check whether the solenoid valve is consistent with the selection parameters, such as power supply voltage, medium pressure, pressure difference, etc., especially the power supply. If it is wrong, the coil will burn out. The power supply voltage should meet the voltage fluctuation range of the rated voltage: AC +10%~-15%, DC +10%~-10%, and the coil components should not be disassembled in normal times.
2. Flush the pipe before taking over the pipe to remove the metal powder and sealing material residues and rust in the pipe. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium. If the medium is mixed with dirt, impurities, etc., which hinder the normal operation of the solenoid valve, a filter or screen should be installed in the pipeline.
3. In general, the solenoid coil components of the solenoid valve should be installed vertically upwards and installed vertically in the pipeline horizontal to the ground. If space constraints or working conditions require that it must be installed on the side, it should be mentioned when ordering. Otherwise, the solenoid valve may not work properly.
4. A manual shut-off valve should be installed before and after the solenoid valve, and a bypass should be provided to facilitate the maintenance of the solenoid valve in case of failure.
5. Solenoid valves are generally directional and cannot be installed reversely. They are usually used on the valve body to indicate the flow direction of the medium. When installing, it must be installed in the direction indicated by the →. However, it can be reversed in the vacuum line or under special circumstances.
6. If the medium is subject to water hammer, a solenoid valve with waterproof hammer function should be selected or corresponding preventive measures should be taken.
7. Try not to keep the solenoid valve energized for a long time, which will easily reduce the service life of the coil or even burn out the coil. That is, the normally open and normally closed solenoid valves cannot be used interchangeably.
8. A trap should be installed on the inlet side of the solenoid valve for steam, and the connecting pipe should be inclined.
二 . How to wire the solenoid valve?
It is necessary to use a DC solenoid valve to control the rapid on and off of the compressed air, connect the battery with the solenoid valve, and use a switch to control the power supply. What is the wiring method of the solenoid valve?
(1) Wire adjustment method: Since the solenoid valve is a double coil, the lead wire is a three-core, if it is a four-core, one of them is connected to the valve housing and is the grounding wire.
(It can be measured with the resistance file of a multimeter) Its internal wiring. Use the multimeter ohm file (x100) to find out the ① terminal is connected to the zero line, (the resistance value of the main and auxiliary valve coils is the same) ②, ⑦ are respectively connected to the main and auxiliary valve output lines of the solenoid valve control board. Pre-set oil volume start-up test, if there is a small flow before shutting down, the wiring is correct, if there is no small flow, just change the lines ② and ③.
2) Power-on method: Before installing the solenoid valve, first use a multimeter ohm file (x100) to find out ① the neutral wire. In addition, the two wires ② and ③ are the main and auxiliary valve wires. Since the solenoid valve is 220V AC power supply, the two wires ①② or ①③ are connected to the 220V power supply.
3) Judging the main and auxiliary valve coils by the energization method
Blow air from the inlet of the solenoid valve, the general is the main valve, and the lead corresponding to ① is the main valve line, connected to the main valve outlet of the solenoid valve control board; if there is no connection or micro-pass, it is the auxiliary valve, and the lead corresponding to ① is the auxiliary valve line , Just connect the auxiliary valve outlet of the solenoid valve control board.
