MHZ2 series finger cylinders belong to air gripper cylinders. There are double-acting and single-acting action modes. Single-acting has two modes: normally open and normally closed.
Pay attention to the following points during the installation and use of MHZ2 series finger cylinders:
1) Do not use the cylinder under the action of excessive external force and impact force;
2) When fixing the jaw accessories, please do not twist the jaws;
3) Make sure that no additional external force is applied to the jaws;
4) When removing the finger gripper, first confirm that the gripper is in a non-clamping working state, and then discharge the compressed air before removing it.
The MHZ2 series finger cylinder adopts an integrated linear guide, which has high rigidity and high precision; the bottom of the linear guide is equipped with a positioning pin to prevent the guide from deviating from the body, and the positioning hole is deeper than the traditional type.
