The finger cylinder of the flat jaw is actuated by two pistons, each piston is connected with the finger by a roller and a hyperboloid to form a special drive unit. Realize that the fingers always move axially to the center, and each finger cannot be moved independently. If the finger moves in the opposite direction, the previously pressurized piston is vented and the other piston is pressurized. There are mainly parallel track type air grippers and wide-shaped parallel opening and closing type air grippers.



The action modes of the parallel finger cylinder are: double-acting D, single-acting (normally open S), and single-acting (normally closed C).



The opening and closing strokes are determined according to different cylinder diameters: 4, 6, 10, 14, 22, 30mm respectively.



The clamping force of the parallel finger cylinder is divided into: the outer diameter clamping force is 3.3N to 254N; and the inner diameter clamping force is 6.1N to 318N.
