(1) The connector of the solenoid valve is loose or falling off, and the US Ross solenoid valve is not charged, so the connector can be screwed.
(2) The solenoid valve coil is burnt out. The solenoid wire can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If the circuit is open, the solenoid coil will burn out. The reason is that the coil is damp, poor insulation, magnetic leakage, excessive current in the coil, burning out, should prevent rain water into the solenoid valve. In addition, if the spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, the number of turns of the coil is too small, and the suction force is not enough, the coil will burn out. In case of emergency, the manual button on the coil can be pushed from "0" to "1" during normal operation, so that the valve can be opened.
(3) The solenoid valve is stuck. The fit clearance between the sliding sleeve and the spool of Ross solenoid valve is very small (less than 0.008mm). It's usually assembled as a whole. When there are mechanical impurities or too little lubricating oil, it is easy to block. In this way, steel wire can be inserted into the small hole in the head to make it rebound. The fundamental solution is to remove the solenoid valve, remove the valve core and valve core sleeve, clean with CCI4, so that the valve core can move flexibly in the valve sleeve. During disassembly, attention should be paid to the assembly sequence and external wiring position of each component, so as to correctly reassemble and wiring, check whether the injection hole is blocked and whether the lubricating oil is sufficient.
(4) Leakage. Leakage will lead to insufficient air pressure, making the forced valve difficult to open and close. The reason is that the gasket is damaged or the sliding valve is worn, resulting in multiple cavities escaping. When dealing with the fault of solenoid valve in switching system, we should choose the appropriate time to deal with it when the solenoid valve is off. If the process is not completed within a switch gap, the switch system can be suspended and handled calmly.
