How to solve the Faulty on Pneumatic Solenoid Valve?

Pneumatic solenoid valve is widely used in our production.Usually pneumatic solenoid valve is: 3 port 2 position, 4 port 2 position, 5 port 2 position, etc.Pneumatic solenoid valve failure should be checked from the following aspects:


(1) Pneumatic solenoid valve wiring loose or off, pneumatic solenoid valve is not energized.When this happens, you should check the solenoid valve line and reinforce the wiring.

(2) The solenoid valve coil is burnt out, the wiring of the solenoid valve can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If the circuit is open, the solenoid valve coil is burnt out.The reason is that the coil is damp, causing bad insulation and magnetic leakage, resulting in the coil current is too large and burned out, so to prevent water into the solenoid valve.In addition, the spring is strong, the reaction force is too large, the coil turns are too few, the suction is not enough can also make the coil burned.In case of emergency, the manual button on the pneumatic solenoid valve can be operated to open the pneumatic solenoid valve.


(3) Solenoid valve is stuck.Solenoid valve sleeve and spool with very small clearance (less than 0.008mm), is generally a single assembly, when there are mechanical impurities into or too little lubricating oil, it is easy to get stuck.The treatment method can be used from the head hole into the steel wire, so that it bounced back.The fundamental solution is to remove the solenoid valve, remove the spool and spool sleeve, with CCI4 cleaning, so that the spool in the valve sleeve action flexible.When disassembling, attention should be paid to the assembly sequence and external wiring position of each part, so as to reassemble and connect correctly, and check whether the oil spray hole is blocked and whether the lubricating oil is sufficient.

(4) Air leakage.Air leakage will cause insufficient air pressure, making it difficult to open and close the pneumatic solenoid valve, this situation is caused by damage to the sealing gasket or wear of the pneumatic solenoid valve piston.When this happens, the damaged parts should be replaced.
