The installation of AIRTAC TYPE 4V SERIES Pneumatic Solenoid Valve
1.Before use, pay attention to check whether the components are damaged in the process of operation, and then install and use .
2.Please pay attention to the correct direction of gas flow and the shape of the nozzle teeth during installation.The medium must pass through 40um filter.
3.Please note whether the installation conditions meet the technical requirements (such as voltage, "actuating frequency, working pressure", "operating temperature standard") And so on), and then installed for use.
4.When installing, pay attention to the direction of gas flow. P is the air inlet, A(B) is the working port, and R(S) is the exhaust port.
5.Do not use in icy environment, and pay attention to the low temperature of anti-freeze measures.
6.When connecting the pipeline, pay attention to the winding of the stop leakage belt should not exceed the end face of the joint tooth, and pay attention to remove the dust and iron in the pipe joint,avoid impurities or foreign matter into the valve body.
7.Please pay attention to dust. It is recommended to install muffler or silencer throttle valve at the exhaust port
When debugging, it is recommended to use manual device to debug first, and then electrify debugging.
