The differences between the 10a-5 cylinder and the SC cylinder
The SC cylinder and the 10A-5 are two different series. Their installation dimensions are different. SC: It was the size standard of early Airtac. Later, many domestic manufacturers followed this standard. Some also called it SC, while others changed their names. 10A-5 is an early national standard. These two series only have slightly different installation holes. If it is an accessory connection, it can be replaced. However, if the cylinder is directly installed on the machine, it cannot be replaced unless new installation holes are drilled. The 10a-5 cylinder is sealed with steel gaskets and steel sleeves, which is better than rubber sealing and more durable. Guided by a brass sleeve, it reduces the wear on the piston rod during operation, thus having a longer service life than SC.

Features
1. Oil-free lubricated cylinders produced in accordance with the license of Japan's TAIYO Iron Works Co., Ltd. by introducing the technology of the company.

Note
When a switch is installed in the middle position of a cylinder with a switch, the maximum speed of the cylinder should be within 300mm/sec to ensure that the response speed of the relay and other loads can be adapted, and the operation is in good condition.
2. The switch must be loaded before use; otherwise, it will burn out if directly connected to any power source.
3. When the minimum stroke of the cylinder with a switch is less than the value specified in the above table, an imported switch can be installed. Please add the words "(Imported switch)" after the model when placing an order. The price will be calculated separately.
