1、 The power supply has been connected, why can't it work normally?
(1) First, check whether the power supply and voltage are within the normal working range
(2) Observe whether the circuit is desoldered and whether the circuit coil is short circuited. Find the place to be rewelded and adjust it
(3) Check whether the working pressure difference of Ross solenoid valve is within the normal range. If the display is abnormal, adjust the differential pressure to better match the solenoid valve
(4) Clean the valve body. If the seal is found to be damaged, it is necessary to improve the seal in time
(5) In the process of installation, if the viscosity of the liquid is too high, the frequency of use is too high, or the service life of the product is found to be exhausted, the product should be replaced in time
2、 Do not close the main valve core or iron moving core
(1) Seal damaged
(2) Replace the seal fluid temperature and check whether the viscosity is too high
(3) Check whether there are impurities entering the valve core or moving iron core
(4) Check and clean the spring for life or deformation
(5) Check whether the orifice balance hole is blocked
(6) Clean the Ross solenoid valve in time. If the working frequency is too high or the service life is up, the product needs to be changed or updated
