2. Before receiving, the pipeline should be flushed, and the metal powder and sealing material residues, rust and scale in the pipeline should be removed. The medium in the filter screen should be clean, if there is dirt in the filter, the filter should be clean.
3. In general, the solenoid coil components of solenoid valve should be vertical upward. If the vertical device is horizontal on the ground, if it is necessary to follow the side device due to space limitation or working condition requirements, it should be put forward in the selection and ordering. Otherwise, the solenoid valve may not work normally.
4. Manual cut-off valve shall be added before and after the solenoid valve, and bypass shall be set together to facilitate the protection of solenoid valve in case of fault.
5. The solenoid valve is generally directional and can not be installed reversely. It is usually used on the valve body to point out the medium flow direction, and the device should follow the direction device indicated by. However, it can be installed reversely in vacuum pipeline or special circumstances.
6. If the medium will water hammer phenomenon, then it should choose the solenoid valve with water hammer function or adopt corresponding preventive measures.
7. Try not to let the solenoid valve in the power on state for a long time, so as to simply reduce the service life of the coil or even burn out the coil, that is, the normally open and normally closed solenoid valves cannot be used interchangeably.
