1. Check whether the electronic valve is leaking. Air leakage will lead to insufficient air pressure, leading to the opening of the forced valve is very difficult. Generally speaking, it is caused by the damage of sealing gasket or serious loss of slide valve, resulting in air leakage in the cavity.

2. Check whether the power connector of the solenoid valve is loose or the wire connector is loose, and check whether the solenoid valve is connected to the power supply, which can be solved by fixing the wire connector.

3. Check if the solenoid valve is stuck. The operating gap between the inductance coil and the magnet of the solenoid valve is very small (less than 0.008mm). Generally speaking, they are installed in loose parts. When mechanical impurities are brought in or there is too little lubricating oil, it is very easy to get stuck. The solution of the double solenoid valve can be poked in from the top small round hole with steel wire to make it bounce back. To fundamentally solve the problem, it is to disassemble the solenoid valve, remove the valve core and its sleeve, clean it with CCI4, and let the valve core run flexibly in the valve sleeve. During disassembly and assembly, special attention should be paid to the installation sequence of each device and the specific position of external wiring, so as to facilitate the re installation and accurate wiring. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the injection hole of the oil mist atomizer is blocked and whether the lubricating oil is enough.

4. If the solenoid valve coil is damaged, the power wiring of the solenoid valve can be disconnected and tested with a multimeter. If the test result shows that the solenoid valve coil is damaged. Generally speaking, the main reason for the failure of double solenoid valve is that the inductance coil is hygroscopic and damp, which leads to poor insulation and magnetic leakage, and then causes the fault due to excessive electric flow in the inductance coil. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the electronic valve operates in a relatively dry environment. In addition, if the spring is relatively hard, the reaction force is relatively large. If the number of turns of the coil is too small, the inductance coil may be damaged under the condition of insufficient suction. Generally, it can be solved by replacing the inductance coil. In case of emergency, the manual control switch on the inductance coil can be turned from "0" position to "1" position under normal operation, and the valve can also be opened.
