There are two ways to adjust the speed of the pneumatic cylinder.
First, The pneumatic cylinder shall be equipped with speed regulating device at the inlet and outlet of the pneumatic cylinder.
Second,Install the exhaust valve (bleed valve) device in the pneumatic cylinder inlet and outlet.
Normally the cylinder has two chambers, so there are two air intakes on the cylinder block.If the pore near the end of the cylinder is in the intake state, then the putter in the cylinder extends outward, and conversely, the pore intake near the putter, then the putter in the cylinder shrinks inward.Finally adjust the cylinder speed according to the air flow.
We should prepare two five-way solenoid valves, nylon pipe, two throttle valves.At this time, connect the main air source pipe with the solenoid valve Port P, and then connect the two air pipes to solenoid valve Ports A and B respectively. At the same time, connect A throttle valve to each branch. Then connect the inlet pipe from the throttle valve to the cylinder, and connect the two air inlet ports of the four-rod cylinder respectively.Pay attention to gas opening and gas closing, and take over correctly according to specific process requirements.
After all the assembly work is completed, use the throttle valve to adjust the air intake of the cylinder, so as to adjust the cylinder speed.If retraction requires a slower speed, reduce the amount of air in the descending air path;If you want to go faster, increase the amount of air in the rising air path.The amount of air volume adjustment depends on the actual requirements.
