When the pilot solenoid valve is powered on, the valve rod is lifted by electromagnetic force, and the pilot valve port is opened. At this time, the upper chamber of the solenoid valve releases pressure through the pilot hole, forming a high differential pressure around the main valve core. Under the effect of the pressure difference, the fluid pressure pushes the main valve core to move upward and open the main valve port; In case of power failure, under the action of spring force and main valve core gravity, the valve stem will reset, the pilot hole will be closed, the main valve core will move downward and the main valve port will be closed; the pressure of the upper chamber of the solenoid valve will be increased, and the fluid pressure will be pressurized to the main valve core, so the sealing will be better.
SY3120 solenoid valve adopts centralized exhaust structure, which can avoid oil pollution and noise from the exhaust port of pilot valve.
