Selection basis:
1、 According to the pipeline parameters, select the solenoid valve: diameter specification (DN), interface mode
1. The diameter (DN) of the pipe is determined according to the inner diameter or flow requirements of the pipe.
2. Generally speaking, flange interface should be selected when it is larger than DN50, and it can be freely selected according to users' needs.
2、 Selection of solenoid valve according to fluid parameters: material and temperature group
1. Corrosive fluid: corrosion resistant solenoid valve and stainless steel are selected; food grade stainless steel solenoid valve is selected for ultra clean fluid.
2. High temperature fluid: solenoid valve made of high temperature resistant electrical material and sealing material, and piston structure.
3. Fluid state: large to gas, liquid or mixed state, especially when the diameter is greater than DN25, it must be distinguished.
4. Fluid viscosity: usually below 50cst can be selected at will, when exceeding this value, high viscosity solenoid valve should be selected.
3、 Selection of solenoid valve according to pressure parameters: principle and structure
1. Nominal pressure: this parameter has the same meaning as other general valves. According to the nominal pressure of the pipeline.
2. Working pressure: when the working pressure is low, the principle of direct or step-by-step direct operation must be selected; when the working pressure difference is above 0.04MPa, direct, step-by-step direct operation and pilot type can be selected.
4、 Electrical selection: AC220V and DC24 are preferred for voltage specification, which is more convenient.
5、 According to the length of continuous working time: normally closed, normally open or continuous power supply.
1. When the solenoid valve needs to be opened for a long time and lasts for a long time, the remaining closing time should be selected as the normally open type.
2. If the opening time is short or the opening and closing time is not long, select the normal closing type.
3. However, some working conditions for safety protection, such as furnace flame monitoring, can not be opened regularly, so long-term power on mode should be selected.
6、 According to the environmental requirements, select auxiliary functions: explosion-proof, inspection, manual, water spray, diving
1. Explosion environment: the corresponding explosion-proof solenoid valve must be selected.
2. Waterproof and dustproof varieties shall be selected for outdoor installation or dust-proof occasions.
3. The fountain must use submersible solenoid valve.
